My work focuses on mineral balance, metabolic health, blood sugar balance, hormone support, and sustainable training, especially for women who feel burnt out, depleted, or stuck despite “doing everything right.” This book was born from my own healing journey.
Shortly after the onset of COVID, my body stopped responding the way it always had. My hair began falling out rapidly—far beyond normal shedding. I lost nearly half the hair on my head. At the same time, my energy plummeted. By noon, I felt completely drained. My workouts felt pointless, my motivation disappeared, and despite consistency, my results stalled entirely.
I tried every hair growth shampoo and supplement you could imagine, yet nothing seemed to work. That’s when I knew I had to go within.
Bloodwork revealed my ferritin level had dropped to 34. Ferritin is your body’s stored iron, and without adequate stores, the body cannot produce energy, support hair growth, or recover properly.
