Crispy Salmon Bites
These were insane and were actually pretty easy to make!
Ingredients:
- wild salmon 
- rice paper wraps 
- fresh jalapeño 
- avocado 
- cucumber 
- avocado or coconut oil 
- 1 Tbsp tamari 
- 3/4 tsp coconut sugar 
- 1 tsp sesame oil 
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar 
- Squeeze of fresh lime 
- 1 tsp sesame seeds 
- 1 tsp fresh minced garlic 
 Method:
 1. Heat pan with avocado/coconut oil at medium/high heat.- 2. Slice wild salmon into pieces and cooked half way through in the air fryer. 
 3. Add warm water to a large bowl and add rice paper wraps for about 10 seconds.
 4. Thinly slice cucumber, jalapeño + avocado
 5. Wrap the salmon, cucumber, jalapeño + avocado like a package and lightly fry on each side for about 1.5 mins each.
 6. For the sauce: add the last 6 ingredients together
 Dip each piece in when warm and enjoy for the most incredible flavour explosion 🤩
